Payment follow-up dashboard with overdue, due today and outstanding totals

Every order carries its billing amount, payments received and balance. The follow-up list shows overdue customers in order of urgency, with notes from previous calls.

Payment statistics show collection trends by month and by customer, so you can decide whom to give credit and whom to ask for advance.

Four numbers at the top of the screen

The Payment Follow-Up screen starts with Overdue (how many customers are late), Due Today, Due Soon (within 3 days) and Outstanding (the total amount waiting to be collected). Below them, the dashboard lists each customer with the amount due, the promise date, how many days remain, a status such as Overdue, a priority (Normal or High) and the last activity, for example "Contacted".

Treatment and the follow-up trail

Each customer carries a treatment label (Easy, Regular or Hard) so the person calling knows how to approach the call. Every contact is logged with a date, so the next person does not repeat the same call. A New Follow-Up button records a new promise, and tabs switch between the dashboard, a calendar and a view by worker.

Search and filters

Search by customer name or phone number, filter by status, and refresh the list when payments are received. The follow-up data is kept next to the orders it belongs to, so the owner can move from a late payment to the order behind it.

Does this replace my accounting software?

No. It tracks who owes you money and when they promised to pay. It is not a full accounting package.

Can I see who is overdue today?

Yes. Overdue and Due Today are the first two figures on the screen, and the table is sorted by what needs action.

Can several people share follow-up calls?

Yes. There is a worker view, and each contact is logged, so colleagues see what was already said.
